We do not discriminate on the basis of disability, race, religion, sexual orientation, economic status, nationality, or any other reason." **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or engineering * Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) * 1 year of experience in administrative positions * 6 months of customer service experience * 1 year of financial statement analysis experience * Experience in insurance and/or surety bonds **Job Responsibilities:** * Compile and safeguard each client's files according to guidelines established by the authorities, with the purpose of reducing the risk of penalties. * Monitor business activities by reviewing and analyzing credit bureau information to ensure compliance with requests based on regulations. * Compile client files through coordination with the Operations and Underwriting Executive to comply with underwriting legality and internal policies. * Follow up on outstanding collections in coordination with the Operations and Underwriting Executive, paying special attention to authorized payment terms for each client to ensure they do not exceed sales condition days and reduce accounts receivable turnover days. * Provide follow-up on office administration: service quotations, permits or procedures before authorities, file safeguarding; following guidelines established by the authorities, with the purpose of reducing the risk of penalties. **If you require any specific accommodation for your interviews, please specify it to the Human Resources representative who contacts you to begin your process.**
