Position Summary: We are seeking a professional in International Trade or a related field for a role involving data analysis, monitoring of import/export operations, and client visits. Key Highlights: 1. Development and monitoring of VIRTUAL import and export operations. 2. Data entry and analysis of databases to identify patterns. 3. Travel and stays in different states of Mexico. Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, International Business, or related field. \-Targeted at candidates from Economic and Administrative fields who possess intermediate-level Excel knowledge and wish to broaden their expertise in Foreign Trade and Administration. **Required Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically intermediate-level Microsoft Excel (databases, formulas, pivot tables) * Report preparation * Development, monitoring, and closure of VIRTUAL import and export operations (V1\) * Information analysis and synthesis **1–2 years of verifiable experience.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Entry and analysis of large-scale databases to identify patterns or potential findings * Conducting site visits to our clients’ production areas to identify machinery and equipment * Adhering to codes of conduct established by various clients and complying with regulations during plant visits (safety regulations, PPE, and codes of conduct) * Undertaking travel and stays of 1–4 weeks across different states of the United Mexican States, demonstrating self-management and self-sufficiency **Competencies Required for the Role:** * Professional ethics * Commitment * Initiative * Service orientation * Teamwork * Analytical ability * Proactivity * Analytical thinking * Work quality * Planning * Perseverance * Sense of urgency * Results orientation through department-defined metrics * Resilience to changes in working hours and/or workdays. **Compensation Package: $10,000 to $12,000 net monthly (negotiable depending on expertise)** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
