Customer and operator communication management JOB OBJECTIVE To plan, coordinate, and supervise transportation operations to ensure compliance with routes, delivery timelines, vehicle safety, cost control, and customer service—guaranteeing operational continuity and efficiency. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES ✅ Daily scheduling of trips, routes, and vehicles ✅ Assignment of operators based on availability and legal compliance ✅ GPS monitoring and real-time tracking ✅ Resolution of incidents (delays, mechanical failures, route deviations, emergencies) ✅ Control of loading, transit, and unloading times ✅ Continuous communication with customers and operators ✅ Productivity, downtime, and efficiency reporting ✅ Validation of trip documentation (waybills, logs, evidence) ✅ Coordination with maintenance for vehicle availability ✅ Compliance with internal policies and safety regulations Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
