Main Responsibilities: Identify tender opportunities on government platforms and the CFE microsite. Analyze tender documents and technical, administrative, and legal requirements. Compile technical and economic proposal files. Manage required documentation (administrative, legal, and financial). Track clarifications, meetings, and tender rulings. Coordinate with technical, administrative, and legal departments for proposal preparation. Maintain an updated record of tenders and results. Ensure adherence to timelines and procedures established by government agencies. Position Requirements: Education: Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree. Age: 30 years or older. Proven experience in government tenders. Knowledge of public procurement platforms and government contracting processes. Analytical, organizational, and follow-up capabilities.
