Professional and collaborative work environment **We are a company with over 13 years of service, driven by passion and dedication to safeguarding our clients’ most valuable assets.** We are expanding and looking to welcome an **Organizational Developer** with proven experience in the private security sector to join our team. **Job Objective** Design, implement, and strengthen organizational development strategies that drive performance, culture, structure, and human talent—aligned with the strategic objectives of the security business. **Responsibilities** * Diagnose the workplace climate and propose continuous improvement plans. * Design and implement organizational development, training, and performance evaluation programs. * Develop and update organizational growth indicators. * Support organizational change processes and strengthen corporate culture. * Implement organizational and human capital performance indicators (KPIs). * Collaborate with operational and administrative departments to improve internal efficiency and communication. * Ensure compliance with internal regulations and security industry standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * **Proven experience as an Organizational Developer**, preferably within the security or services industry. * Knowledge of change management, organizational culture, and talent development. * Proficiency in performance and workplace climate assessment tools. * Analytical, communication, and leadership skills. * High professional ethics and confidentiality. **We Offer** * Job stability in a solid and growing company. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience (paid biweekly). * Statutory benefits and additional perks. * Opportunity for professional development and growth within the organization. * Professional and collaborative work environment.
