Within its Coca\-Cola franchise, the company serves a population of over 128 million across northern and western Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, northern Argentina, and the southwestern United States. **Arca Continental** is listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "AC". **Job Mission**Analyze, design, and implement tools for business rule modeling in the Data Warehouse, as well as for data visualization, reporting, and analysis to meet information needs across different levels or audiences within Commercial, Finance, Logistics, Production, and Human Capital areas at the AC level; and standardize and monitor best practices and standards to ensure reuse of developments and applications comprising Arca Continental’s technology portfolio. **Key Responsibilities*** Analyze, design, and specify data model architecture based on business rules and visualization requirements (MS PBI / SAP Ecosystem / Snowflake), proposing and developing the necessary structure to gather and translate requirements to data engineering and integration teams. * Develop data visualization models for high\-volume environments. * Conduct, execute, and facilitate technical consulting for evaluating new requirements and operating data visualization solutions to ensure platforms function properly and project continuity is maintained. * Administer and operate multi\-cluster Snowflake environments, configuring schemas, roles, warehouses, and data governance. * Deploy integration pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks, enabling hybrid and near\-real\-time analytical processes. * Automate model deployments, testing, and versioning using CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Git). * Ensure security and access control via RBAC, data masking, row\-level security, and identity management. * Design and/or deliver training workshops tailored to the real needs of functional users to maximize utilization of BI tools within Arca Continental’s tool portfolio. **Qualifications and Requirements*** University degree required, preferably in Computer Science or related fields. * Languages: Advanced English (reading, writing, and conversational). * Expertise in BI tools such as Snowflake, SAP BWHANA, BPC, SAP BO, MS Power BI, and SAC. * Advanced technical knowledge of SAP data sources (ECC, S/4, CRM, etc.). * **dbt Core (Intermediate):** modular model design, documentation, testing, versioning, CI/CD integration. * **SQL / T\-SQL (Advanced)** and solid knowledge of Python and/or PySpark. * **Data Modeling:** experience with Kimball, Data Vault 2\.0, and Lakehouse architectures. * **Azure (Advanced):** services including Data Factory, Data Lake Gen2, Key Vault, Synapse, and secure networking features (Private Endpoints, VNet). * Ability to model and communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences (collaboration with multidisciplinary teams). * Ability to manage highly complex issues and analyze them from multiple perspectives. * Teamwork, project planning, and project management skills. **Desirable Characteristics*** Knowledge of business processes (Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance) is a plus. * Experience in the Fast\-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. * Relevant certifications in MS Fabric, Snowflake, or other related technologies are valued. * Relevant certifications in data analytics or commercial management are valued. * Experience in global projects. **Important!**Internal candidates wishing to participate in the selection process must ensure they comply with the criteria and guidelines outlined in Arca Continental’s Employee Selection and Hiring Policy before applying.
