Proactive and dynamic attitude **Isla at Puebla Airport is hiring a Kitchen Assistant:** **Requirements** Minimum 6 months of kitchen experience (preferred). Basic knowledge of food preparation. Responsible and punctual. Availability to work rotating shifts. Proactive and dynamic attitude. **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation (chopping, washing, disinfecting, portioning). Prepare ingredients for service. Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. Wash kitchen utensils and equipment. Provide general assistance to the cook or chef. **We Offer:** Monday to Sunday (rotating\- based on flight schedules). One day off per week (rotating). Weekly payment. Statutory benefits.
