Our proposal includes: * **Compensation:** MXN 55,000–60,000 gross (100% direct nominal salary), plus statutory and above-statutory benefits such as life insurance and major medical expense coverage. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with availability for incident response. * **Work Location:** Remote. **What We Are Looking For?** * 3–4 years of experience as: Fusion Service Consultant, Oracle Fusion Service Implementation Lead, Oracle Fusion Service Project Manager, or Oracle Fusion Service Analyst. * Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder relationship management. * 2–3 years of end-to-end implementation experience with Oracle CX Marketing Eloqua or Oracle Fusion Service, including configuration of customer service processes (engagement, support, case management). * 2–3 years of specialization in CX modules such as: Incident Management, Omnichannel (Email, Chat, Phone, Social Media), Knowledge Management, SLA & Entitlements. * 2–3 years of experience with Development and Customization Tools: Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) & Redwood UX, Groovy Scripting, Application Composer.
