Development of impactful, results-oriented visual solutions. **Digital Graphic Designer (MID Level)** We seek a creative, analytical professional with strong visual judgment, capable of elevating our graphic lines and optimizing processes using AI. The goal is to create visual solutions that not only make an aesthetic impact but are also data-grounded and results-oriented. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree completed in Graphic Communication Design or related field. Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as collaborative and interface tools such as Figma, Canva, or Affinity. English: Intermediate level for understanding global tools and trends. **CV and updated Portfolio must be attached.** **Knowledge Areas:** * AI Optimized: Knowledge and use of AI platforms for workflow optimization (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Stich or Lovable). * Digital & Web UI: Experience designing graphical interfaces for applications and websites, including knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem. * Multichannel Design: Ability to produce high-quality materials for social media, print media, and web platforms. * Visual Judgment: Excellent sense of composition, visual hierarchies, and absolute attention to detail—including flawless spelling. * Rationale: Ability to explain the "why" behind each graphic decision and openness to constructive feedback aimed at continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Brand Evolution: Work with existing graphic lines or propose strategic improvements based on data and performance metrics analysis. * UI/UX Design: Create and update graphical interfaces for applications and websites, ensuring a consistent and modern user experience. * Digital Production: Develop visually optimized content for social media, ensuring alignment with communication objectives. * Project Management: Collaborate with the creative team using agile methodologies to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards. * Process Optimization: Implement Artificial Intelligence tools to accelerate graphic production without compromising aesthetic quality. * Multiplatform Support: Design materials for both print and digital formats, ensuring each piece respects visual hierarchy and brand values. * General support for events or conferences **We Offer** Salary: $14,000–$16,000 net monthly (based on experience) Statutory benefits Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Location: Col.
