Provides commercial and technical support for product use in small species (dogs and cats), aiming to achieve financial targets. Manages field operations flawlessly, prioritizing customers and portfolio to maximize results. **Responsibilities:** * **Promotion and Sales of the Pet Health Portfolio:** Deeply understand Elanco’s Pet Health portfolio and apply the Customer Value Selling (CVS) process to generate demand and influence the use of key brands (Advantage Multi, Credelio Family, etc.) in A and B veterinary hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. * **Customer Management and Strategic Planning:** Master tools such as Elanco Connect and Field Marketing to plan visits, prioritize customers (direct, indirect, A and B), and adhere to schedules to achieve sales objectives. * **Marketing and Trade Marketing Execution:** Implement marketing and trade marketing plans with customers and distributors to ensure delivery of key messages, monitor monthly sales targets, and focus efforts on strategic brands. * **Technical Support and Industry Knowledge:** Stay trained and updated on technical industry topics (conditions, prevention, treatments) and the product portfolio, providing market insights to marketing and collaborating in budget tracking and forecasting. * **Compliance and Administrative Tasks:** Execute administrative tasks (courses, expenses) with quality and timeliness, ensuring strict compliance with the Code of Conduct, Ethics policies, Health, Safety and Environment regulations, and Elanco’s privacy standards. **Minimum Qualifications (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):** * Educational background: Preferably Veterinary Medicine graduate or any completed degree. * 2 to 3 years of sales experience in the Companion Animal market. * Basic skills in empathy, relationship-building, and communication. * Demonstrated learning agility and leadership through training, customer service, knowledge of the companion animal market, and enthusiasm for sales. * Passion for small animals: (Dogs and Cats). * Intermediate English proficiency. * Willingness to travel and valid driver's license. * Professional title or credential. **Additional Preferences:** * Developed negotiation skills. * Relationships and network within the industry, including associations, veterinarians, and opinion leaders. **Additional Information:** * Location: Guadalajara * Contract Type: One-year contract * Full Time (80% with customers \- 20% administrative work) **Benefits and advantages at Elanco:** We offer a comprehensive benefits package focused on financial, physical, and mental well-being, while encouraging our employees to pursue our mission.
