This hybrid role bridges creative design with project execution, playing a key part in bringing client concepts to life while ensuring projects stay on track from concept through production. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast\-paced environment, has a passion for design, and possesses exceptional organizational skills. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ ### **Project Coordination** * Collaborate with clients, sales, and internal departments (production, printing, logistics) to manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations. * Coordinate day\-to\-day project activities including scheduling, progress tracking, and follow\-ups. * Manage multiple active projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budget constraints are maintained. * Communicate clearly with vendors and clients on artwork approvals, change orders, and delivery updates. * Prepare job updates, production briefs, and internal documentation for efficient workflow. ### **Design Support** * Translate client briefs into design concepts and renderings aligned with brand guidelines. * Create mock\-ups, layouts, and final artwork for signage, displays, and retail environments using Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad, Solid Works, etc. * Work closely with the Design and Production teams to ensure feasibility of designs. * Maintain consistency and quality standards across all creative outputs. **Qualifications \& Skills** ---------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Project Management, or a related field preferred. * 2\+ years of experience in design and/or project coordination (experience in signage, print, or fabrication industries a plus). * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; familiarity with 3D rendering software is a plus. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interfacing with clients and internal teams. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. * Working knowledge of production methods, materials, and fabrication processes is a plus. * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment. **Work Schedule:** ------------------ Monday to Saturday, 8am to 4pm **Location** ------------ Parque Industrial El Florido
