Summary: This role involves interpreting and communicating test results, creating formal reports, and engaging in customer service interactions while maintaining excellent client relationships. Engage in diverse customer service interactions PROFILE: \- English fluency \- Strong problem solving abilities \- Strong written communication \- At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience. \- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills. \- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision by employing effective time management and prioritization skills. \- Ability to effectively use the MS Office package, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and/or Photoshop. JOB DESCRIPTION: \- Create formal reports and other correspondence types upon client request from field data and test results. \- Interpret and communicate test results including any associated normative or client specifications. \- Engage in customer service interactions by electronic, telephone, and/or direct in\-person correspondence pertaining to client inquiries and comments. \- Maintain client\-specific documents per defined departmental and company\-wide filing practices. \- Review for general completeness of data prior to formal reporting. \- Maintain excellent customer service relations with all clients. \- Other duties as assigned.
