We are looking for a recent graduate in commerce, logistics, data science or related fields for the position of **Customer service/order management** at a Canadian electronics company, a role that combines **logistics** with **data analysis**, responsible for providing customer service for processing and tracking their **purchase orders** and reporting the status of various cargo shipments. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in business administration, international business, international trade or related fields. * **ADVANCED WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH (REQUIRED)** * Advanced Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP and concatenate. **(required)** **Experience:** * No experience required, but professional internships or school projects will be considered. **Knowledge:** * Customer service experience (desirable) * Basic ERP system handling (desirable) * Excellent Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
