Job Summary: Hotel Barceló Guadalajara is seeking a Front Desk Agent to receive, register, and bill room services while professionally attending to and following up on service calls. Interdepartmental collaboration to ensure a seamless guest experience. **Description:** At Hotel Barceló Guadalajara, we are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. We are located directly across from Expo Guadalajara and just a few blocks from Plaza del Sol. The primary responsibility of this position is to receive, register, and bill room services for our valued guests, as well as attend to and follow up on calls to the service department. We seek individuals with a high level of professionalism, fluent English, passion for customer service, and immediate availability. **Requirements:** * Individual with valid RFC and NSS numbers. * Fluent English required (proficiency test will be administered). * Strong interest and aptitude for customer service. * Recent graduates are welcome. * Availability to rotate shifts and immediate availability. * Must reside in Guadalajara. **Work Schedules:** 7:00 am \- 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm \- 11:00 pm, 11:00 pm \- 6:00 am.
