At **Organic Nails**, we are looking for our next **Community Manager**. Your role will be to generate content for the company’s online community and interact with customers via social media to implement the brand’s global digital strategy and presence. We seek a candidate with a completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising, and 1–3 years of relevant experience. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Managing social media accounts and creating original, innovative content * Supporting the digital content strategy * Writing copy to meet the brand’s diverse needs * Coordinating content creation * Analyzing digital trends * Managing educational department content * Monitoring and analyzing social media to identify organizational improvement opportunities, project enhancements, and integration into various strategies * Executing or proposing an action plan in response to digital reputation crises * Supporting influencer-based digital strategy execution * Assisting in standardizing and tracking social media requirements across national and international CCOs * Covering important company events (occasional travel required) **Essential qualifications:** * Social media platforms * Metric analysis * Digital trends * Adobe Creative Suite * Content creation * Digital advertising guidelines * Excellent spelling and writing skills * Intermediate English **Salary:** $15,000–$16,000 monthly, tax-free **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (flexible schedule possible); fully on-site work model. **Location:** Col.
