The ideal candidate will serve as the architect of financial discipline within the company, ensuring that cash flow processes are executed rigorously and transparently before senior management. Key Responsibilities * **Process Optimization:** Design and implement internal control systems to ensure absolute order within the department. * **Cash Flow Management:** Oversee forecasts and liquidity, ensuring sufficient cash availability for operations. * **High-Level Interaction:** Act as the central control point with department heads, communicating financial policies firmly and clearly. * **Decision Making:** Evaluate and prioritize disbursements based on strict profitability and budget compliance criteria. Desired Profile * **Character and Assertiveness:** Demonstrated ability to uphold professional positions before authority figures and manage conflicts constructively. * **Structured Mindset:** Fully oriented toward order; does not tolerate chaos or improvisation. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in similar financial leadership roles. * **Effective Communication:** Ability to "say no" when financial strategy requires it, grounded in data and policy.
