




Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible Electromechanical Engineer Supervisor to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal operation and plant profitability. Interpretation of diagrams and fault diagnosis At **Grupo IUSA**, we are looking for an **Electromechanical Engineer with Supervisor experience**, responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery in the water tank area, ensuring its proper condition and operation, avoiding prolonged machinery downtime, thereby contributing to plant profitability. **Requirements:** **Electromechanical Engineer** * **IMPORTANT: Willingness to travel to Puebla, Monterrey, Toluca, Veracruz, Torreón** * **Paid training in TOLUCA** * Diagram interpretation * Knowledge of electromechanics, electricity, hydraulic mechanics, motor control * General knowledge of welding * Use and handling of hand tools * Diagnosis and repair of general maintenance faults * Knowledge of NOM-004, NOM-006, NOM-017, NOM-030. * Measuring equipment, caliper, multimeter, angle grinder, drill, welding machine. **Responsibilities:** * Execute the master preventive maintenance plan * Perform corrective maintenance * Support the plant supervisor * Develop the Annual Maintenance Program * Submit spare parts list to the Maintenance Manager * Prepare and submit daily activity reports to the Maintenance Manager * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, and use of PPE * Prepare Incident Reports. **We Offer:** * **Gross monthly salary of $17,000.** * Bi-weekly timely payments via payroll. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Enhanced vacation entitlement. * Vacation bonus at 60%. * Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 30 days’ salary. * Savings fund. * Profit-sharing. * Health and vision campaigns. * Social events, sports activities, birthday celebrations, etc. * Job stability. **Working Hours** **Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.**
