




Job Summary: Lead the bar team, manage inventory, and prepare exceptional beverages while maintaining high service and cleanliness standards. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of service, hygiene, and cleanliness standards Key Responsibilities: \-Lead the bar team through training and assertive communication. \-Report incidents involving equipment and supplies. \-Propose seasonal specials with creative capability and accurate recipe costing. \-Prepare beverages to an exceptional standard. \-Adhere to beverage procedures outlined in the 2024 Beverage Recipe Book\. \-Uphold established standards detailed in the Nania Customer Service Manual. \-Properly administer inventory of supplies. \-Prepare requisitions for food, materials, instruments, and utensils as needed. \-Monitor and control wastage occurring during daily production; report any wastage to the Bar Manager and implement gradual reduction measures. \-Ensure compliance with established safety and hygiene regulations for handling, storage, and preservation of supplies. \-Be available for temporary shift changes as necessary to cover absences of other bar staff. \-Maintain cleanliness standards for the bar area and its facilities. \-Maintain close communication with the Host to continuously improve internal procedures and/or products. \-Foster a pleasant working environment. \-Assist with cleaning bar utensils and dishware. \-Perform any other kitchen-related or related tasks assigned by the Host.
