We are not looking for someone who simply “sets up campaigns”. We are looking for someone who **delivers measurable and scalable results**. **Main Responsibilities** **Campaign Management** * Plan, configure, and optimize campaigns across: * Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) * Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) * TikTok Ads (preferred) * Implement campaign structures focused on performance (conversions, leads, sales). **Continuous Optimization** * Monitor KPIs daily. * Adjust audiences, creatives, budgets, and bids. * Identify improvement opportunities in real time. **Data Analysis** * Interpret key metrics: * CPA * ROAS * CTR * CPC * Conversion rate * Generate actionable insights. **Tracking and Measurement** * Implement and validate: * Meta Pixel * Google Tag Manager * Google Analytics 4 * Ensure accurate conversion measurement. **Internal Collaboration** * Work closely with: * Creative team (ad improvement) * Strategy team (campaign objectives) * Account team (client follow-up) **Reporting** * Produce clear, actionable reports. * Translate data into decisions. **Position Objective** * Reduce cost per acquisition (CPA) * Increase ROAS * Scale profitable campaigns * Professionalize the agency’s performance department **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * CPA within target * ROAS ≥ 2.5–4 (industry-dependent) * CTR ≥ industry benchmarks * Conversion rate ≥ monthly continuous improvement * Campaign objective attainment * % of successfully scaled campaigns **Key Technical Competencies (Mandatory)** * Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager * Proficiency in Google Ads * Google Analytics 4 * Google Tag Manager * Conversion funnel structuring * Advanced metric interpretation **Analytical Skills** * Data-driven thinking * Ability to make rapid decisions * Results interpretation **Operational Skills** * Execution speed * Campaign organization * Management of multiple accounts **Strategic Skills** * Focus on outcomes, not tasks * Ability to scale campaigns * Experimental mindset (test & learn) **Certifications** Mandatory * Meta Certified Media Buying Professional * Google Ads Certification (Search + Display) * Google Analytics 4 Certification * TikTok Ads Certification * CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Certification **Ideal Profile** * 2–5 years of paid media experience * Agency experience (preferred) * Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously * Demonstrable case studies with proven results Please submit an updated CV (including photograph).
