Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manufacture, fit, maintain, and repair injection molds, including spare parts management and activity recordkeeping. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in manufacturing and fitting cavities or components. 2. Responsible for maintenance, repair, and improvement of injection molds. 3. Comprehensive management of spare parts and maintenance activity records. This is a company specializing in plastic part manufacturing via injection molding, with over 15 years of experience. RESPONSIBILITIES * Manufacturing of cavities or components * Fine adjustments * Conducting injection trials * Mold maintenance and repair * Performance and improvement adjustments * Spare parts and materials management * Recording activities and maintenance tasks Main responsibilities requiring authority * Reporting machine failures * Authorizing or denying permissions * Issuing warnings for misconduct or omissions * Assigning personnel to individual machines * Scheduling staff meal times * Printing product labels * Requiring staff to wear uniforms and PPE Salary: $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
