




We are a company specializing in GPS equipment installation in automobiles; due to expansion, we require personnel for the technical support department. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or technical degree — undergraduate studies in progress. * Interest, enthusiasm, and/or knowledge of automobiles and automotive electrical systems. * One year of experience in customer service (problem resolution or technical support). * Proficiency in computer equipment operation. * Quick learning ability. * Intermediate English (comprehension and written). **Job Responsibilities:** * Customer and technician support. * Resolution of customer technical or operational GPS issues (training provided). * Preparation of Excel reports. * Generation of diagnostics, invoice requests, and tests (training provided). * Identification of equipment malfunctions for repair. * Scheduling appointments with technicians for on-site equipment inspections. **We Offer:** * Salary: MXN 11,000 per month, tax-free. * Statutory benefits. * Growth opportunities.
