You will be responsible for ensuring that applications and IT systems used in critical areas (Materials, Finance, and HR) meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and security prior to implementation. **POSITION** **Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field. **Experience:** Proven experience in software testing (QA), requirements analysis, and system validation within manufacturing environments. **Focus:** Software quality assurance, execution of functional/regression tests, and support for enterprise application implementation. **Key Responsibilities (Activities)** This role requires an analytical-minded engineer to ensure the integrity of our digital solutions: **Test Management:** Design, document, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for internal applications. **Analysis and Defect Detection:** Identify, report, and track software defects (bugs) in close collaboration with the development team. **Requirements Validation:** Analyze business requirements to ensure the final software meets the needs of internal users. **User Support (UAT):** Coordinate and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with departments such as Finance and Materials. **Automation and Process Improvement:** Propose and implement improvements to testing processes to optimize delivery cycles. **Technical Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of test results and certify production releases of new versions. **Required Knowledge and Skills** **Essential Technical Knowledge** **Testing Methodologies:** Solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. **Databases:** Ability to write queries in **MS SQL Server** for data validation. **Development Environments:** Familiarity with .NET Framework and Microsoft Visual Studio to understand application architecture. **Operating Systems:** Proficiency with Windows Server and Windows Enterprise. **Plus Skills (Desirable)** Experience with test automation tools. Knowledge of Core Tools (FMEA, APQP) applied to software. Experience in manufacturing process analysis. **Soft Skills** **Advanced English (80% or higher, mandatory).** Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
