Design and execution of technical tests for prototype validation. **Compostable Products** is seeking a **Research and Development Analyst:** **Responsibilities:** * Investigate materials, supplies, or technical configurations that meet the product's functional requirements. * Evaluate technical alternatives considering performance, availability, risks, and scalability. * Support the technical transfer of developments to operations and warehouse teams. * Design and execute technical tests to validate prototypes, samples, or specification changes. Document technical data sheets, specifications, acceptance criteria, and validation results. **Required Knowledge:** * Quality standards * Advanced-level Microsoft Office Suite * Intermediate technical English * Design tools (preferred) * Knowledge of the plastics industry **Offer:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Monthly salary range: $23,500 to $25,000 MXN, tax-free * Statutory benefits **Work Location:** Avenida Pablo Neruda, Providencia, 44639 Guadalajara, Jal.
