*This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening at TARENTO SOLUTIONS in Acatlán de Juárez, Jalisco** We are seeking a Graphic Designer with experience in industrial design and prepress, capable of developing, adapting, and optimizing packaging graphic proposals. This person will play a key role in ensuring that designs meet the client’s technical requirements and are properly adapted to flexographic printing processes and corrugated cardboard box manufacturing. ### **Responsibilities:** * **Packaging graphic development:** + Create visual proposals based on client requirements. + Adapt visual identity (logos, colors, typography) to corrugated cardboard. + Present proposals to the sales department or directly to the client. + Ensure compatibility with technical constraints and materials. * **Prepress and file preparation:** + Convert designs into files ready for flexographic printing (printcard). + Perform color separation, halftone adjustments, and resolution control. + Validate die-cut areas, margins, and registration marks. + Coordinate print proofs and file naming conventions. * **Technical coordination and client support:** + Collaborate with Product Engineering and Production to validate designs. + Participate in kick-off meetings for new products. + Provide graphic support to clients during artwork development. * **Document management and version control:** + Manage the database of final artwork and its versions. + Maintain traceability, organization, and backup of graphic files. + Support graphic audits or technical reviews. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Industrial Design, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in industrial or packaging graphic design. * Experience in flexographic, offset, or screen printing.
