**Bilingual Test Engineer** **Location:** Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco. **General Job Description** Sanmina, a leading multinational company in electronic manufacturing, is seeking a Bilingual Test Engineer to ensure optimal operation and control of our equipment, guaranteeing the best test performance and product quality. **POSITION** **Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, Robotics, or Industrial Engineering (completed)** **Language: Advanced English (minimum 70%)** **Experience: 2–5 years** **Key Objectives and Responsibilities (Activities)** Your primary objective will be to ensure proper implementation of controls on test equipment, achieving optimal performance. * **Maintenance Management:** Manage and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of test equipment (in collaboration with technicians). * **Analysis and Improvement:** Perform failure analysis on test equipment and review *Yield* to generate improvement actions. * **Control and Management:** Control and manage test equipment on the production floor and in warehouses; coordinate equipment installation and relocation. * **Processes:** Comply with required guidelines, policies, training, and certifications (ESD, 5S, RBA). * **Communication:** Attend customer meetings and provide daily status email responses. * **Leadership:** Coordinate training for operational staff. **Required Knowledge and Skills** **Technical Knowledge** * **Language:** Intermediate/Advanced English (70% – fluent comprehension and conversation). * **Interpretation:** Advanced knowledge of **electronic schematic interpretation**. * **Management:** Knowledge of budget preparation (spare parts maximum/minimum levels). * **Quality/Statistics:** Knowledge of Yellow Belt, Statistical Process Control, NDF and Yield metric analysis.
