Development in tax and social security audits **Senior Auditor (Tax and Social Security)** **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco – Country Club Area A tax, labor, and cost-optimization consulting firm is seeking a Senior Auditor with experience in public accounting firms and social security audits. **Job Description** The Senior Auditor will be responsible for supporting the execution of tax and social security audits by collecting, analyzing, and documenting accounting and regulatory information, ensuring the quality of working papers and adherence to established deadlines. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree completed) * Age: 30–40 years * Gender: Unrestricted * Minimum 2 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm * Experience in social security audit opinions * Full-time availability **Knowledge** * General accounting * Payroll * Social security * Tax legislation * Regulatory frameworks of: * Tax Administration Service (SAT) * Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) * National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT) **Skills** * Attention to detail * Analytical ability * Organization * Teamwork * Willingness to learn * Ability to work under pressure Main Responsibilities **Audit Execution** * Perform audit procedures according to established programs * Prepare working papers * Collect client supporting documentation **Information Review** * Review accounting records * Analyze payroll and affiliation movements * Validate social security contribution calculations **Social Security Audit** * Support reviews before IMSS and INFONAVIT * Validate base salary for contributions * Review affiliation movements * Integrated salary calculation **Administrative Support** * Assemble audit files * Organize digital and physical documentation **Performance Indicators** * Quality of working papers * Adherence to assigned timelines * Technical learning capacity **We Offer** * Salary: $25,000 MXN per month * Statutory benefits * Bonuses for project completion, profitability, and client acquisition * Support for certifications (CPC) and audit or tax courses * Short-term growth opportunity **Schedule** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $25,000.00 MXN per month Workplace: On-site employment
