




Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer or Technician with field technical support experience to handle and resolve incidents, assign tasks in HW/SW, and manage warranty claims. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-site incident response and service order resolution. 2. Assignment of tasks in Telecommunications, Hardware, and Software. 3. Control and management of parts replacement and third-party warranties. Requirements: * Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Technical Diploma in Computer Systems, or related field. * Age: 22 years or older * Gender: Unrestricted * Experience: Minimum 1\-2 years of field technical support experience * Availability and flexibility in work schedule Knowledge in: * Software: Windows, Linux, commercial software packages, development knowledge; Hardware: servers, printers. * Structured cabling * Telecommunications: Routers, switches, structured cabling, network switches, wireless networks. IP telephony, voice and data knowledge Main Responsibilities: * On-site incident response and service order resolution. * Assignment of tasks in Telecommunications, HW, and SW. * Generation of deliverables and service evidence. * Control and management of local parts replacement. * Management of third-party warranties. * Preparation of technical reports. * Basic-level configuration of Routers and Switches Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Work Location: CARRETERA COLOTLAN \# 2800 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $11,400\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
