We are seeking your talent to join our technical team. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * **Aesthetics and Protection:** Professional installation of window tinting films, security films (anti\-robbery), and paint protection films (PPF). * **Automotive Security:** Precise installation of physical security kits on vehicles. * **Excellence in Quality:** Ensuring flawless finishes—free of bubbles or imperfections—to guarantee full satisfaction of dealerships and customers. ### **Work Area** * Guadalajara Metropolitan Area (ZMG), as we serve multiple dealerships. ### **Required Profile:** * **Experience:** Proven and **essential** experience in window tinting and film installation. * **Personal Transportation:** Possession of your own motorcycle or automobile for commuting. * **Documentation:** Valid INE, RFC, and NSS. * **Skills:** Excellent manual dexterity, meticulous work habits, and strong attention to detail. ### **Our Benefits:** * **Competitive Income:** Starting base salary of $12,000 MXN per month \+ Attractive commission system (estimated monthly earnings of **$20,000 MXN or more**). * **Mobility Support (in addition to salary):** * **If you have a motorcycle:** $1,500 MXN fuel allowance \+ $1,500 MXN transportation allowance. * **If you have an automobile:** $2,000 MXN fuel allowance \+ $2,000 MXN transportation allowance. * **Stability:** Statutory benefits and savings fund. * **Fixed Schedule:** Monday to Friday (9:00 AM \- 6:00 PM) and Saturdays (9:00 AM \- 2:00 PM). **Fixed day off every Sunday.** **Are you interested in this position?** Send your **CV or application via WhatsApp** to the number provided, indicating that you are applying for the **WINDOW TINTING TECHNICIAN** position to expedite your selection process.
