Responsibilities: \- Collaborate closely with the architecture team in the development and design of projects (Vertical Residential) \- Create and modify architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, and 3DS Max. \- Perform 3D modeling and rendering of architectural projects. (Optional) \- Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency of designs. \- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient integration of designs. Requirements: Technical Skills: \- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT. Knowledge of 3DS Max and SketchUp is desirable. \- Experience in creating 3D models and rendering. (optional) \- Competence in using Office Suite and Google Suite. \- Ability to work on multidisciplinary and collaborative projects. Education and Experience: \- Degree in Architecture or related field. \- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and technical drawing is desirable. \- Portfolio demonstrating skills in architectural design and drafting.
