




Position Summary: We are seeking a Cheer and Dance Poms coach with experience in planning, executing, and evaluating routines, promoting values and effective communication. Key Highlights: 1. Choreographic routine design and rehearsal for performances and competitions. 2. Leadership and motivation of children's and youth groups in Cheer and Dance Poms. 3. Strategic planning of competitive seasons and goals. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Performing Arts, Dance, Sports Pedagogy, or a related field. * National or international certification in Cheerleading, Dance Poms, or Jazz Cheer is preferred (e.g., ICU, USASF, AACF, or similar organizations). * Courses or diplomas in sports coaching methodology, poms technique, choreography, or school group management. **Professional Experience:** * Proven experience teaching or coaching Cheer and Dance Poms, with a minimum of 2 years in educational institutions or sports clubs. **Profile Requirements** * Ability to plan and organize training sessions. * Technical proficiency in poms movements, jumps, turns, formations, and choreographic transitions. * Knowledge of safety practices and injury prevention in cheer and dance. * Effective communication with students, parents, and school administration. * Creativity, punctuality, and institutional commitment. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and conduct training sessions aligned with the institution’s program objectives. * Design and rehearse choreographic routines for performances, competitions, and school events. * Evaluate students’ technical and attitudinal progress. * Promote values such as teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. * Maintain consistent communication with the sports and arts coordination teams. * Supervise proper use of uniforms, poms, and training equipment. **Additional Key Competencies** * Strategic planning of competitive seasons and goals. * Leadership and motivation of children's and youth groups. * Adaptation of methodologies according to skill levels and ages. * Interdisciplinary collaboration with academic, sports, and arts departments. * Professional ethics and results orientation.
