High-performing advisors earn $40,000–$60,000/month.* **Job Description** We seek passionate **Admissions Educational Advisors** with strong sales aptitude, focused on intangible products and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for promoting our **graduate programs in the fiscal area**, generating new prospects, following up, and ensuring completion of the entire enrollment process. Join the Institute for Executive Specialization, a leader in executive education and training. **Main Responsibilities** * Promotion and sale of graduate programs to potential markets. * Implementation of high-impact marketing and sales strategies. * Prospecting, follow-up, and closing enrollments. * Execution of admission processes: enrollment, documentation, payment tracking, and invoicing. * Student support and assistance with academic and administrative procedures. * Representation of the Institute at events, partnerships, and external activities. * Ensuring service quality and achievement of sales targets. * Collaboration with various internal departments (graduate programs, rectorate, continuing education, control, and billing). **Job Targets** * Advisors work in teams to achieve **15 students per group**. * Each team consists of **3–4 advisors per group**. **Income and Commissions** * **Base salary:** $8,370 monthly. * **Commission:** * 11% per student. * Approx. **$480 per student biweekly**. * **Minimum commission income:** $8,000–$12,000 monthly in commissions. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM * **Saturday work required during the first 3 months** **Benefits and Work Tools** * Company-provided laptop and mobile phone. * Sales leads provided. * Professional growth in the educational sales area. **Location** *Jardines del Bosque, Guadalajara, Jalisco.* A few blocks from Av.
