If you’re the kind of person who stays calm amid chaos and always has a "Plan B" up your sleeve, we want you on our team. **What will you do with us?** Your mission will be to keep the wheels turning—coordinating both drivers and the optimal condition of our vehicles: * **Fleet and Maintenance Management:** You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring vehicles are always ready for the road. * **Operational Control:** You will conduct physical-mechanical inspections and manage the legal documentation checklist (insurance, license plates, verifications) to avoid setbacks en route. * **Team Leadership:** You will equitably coordinate drivers’ workloads while supervising their punctuality and schedule compliance. * **Monitoring and Support:** You will serve as the primary support point for drivers facing incidents on the road (accidents, traffic restrictions) and coordinate with authorities when necessary to facilitate maneuvers. * **Performance Analysis:** You will develop weekly and monthly performance KPIs to help optimize operations. **What do we need from you?** * Prior experience coordinating transportation or traffic operations. * Solid knowledge of basic mechanics and road regulations. * Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and manage crises. * Service-oriented attitude and firm yet fair leadership. * Proficiency in handling indicators (KPIs) and operational reporting. * Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables). * Experience using TMS (Transportation Management System).
