Join our team and contribute to a proudly Mexican, solid, continuously growing organization — a national leader with international reach — as a **Production Supervisor**. **Job Objective:** Lead and coordinate the production team during their shift, ensuring adherence to the production schedule, efficient use of resources, compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards, as well as staff development and continuous process improvement to support the plant’s strategic objectives. **Responsibilities:** **People Supervision and Leadership:** Supervise and ensure optimal performance of personnel, maintaining order, discipline, and a healthy, productive working environment; provide feedback and take necessary actions so that the team achieves departmental and plant objectives. Define the work plan, guidelines, and activities for the shift. **Ensure Safety, Production, and Quality:** Ensure safe, accident-free operations on the production floor. Lead the shift to meet and deliver scheduled quantities. Ensure safe operation and proper care of equipment and facilities. **Continuous Improvement, Standardization, and Document Control:** Prevent recurrence by facilitating and participating in meetings to analyze problems, identify root causes, and define and implement corrective and preventive actions. **Work Schedule:** Rotating every 15 days Morning shift: Monday to Saturday, 6 a.m. – 2 p.m. Afternoon shift: Monday to Saturday, 2 p.m. – 9 p.m. Night shift: Monday to Friday, 9 p.m. – 6 a.m. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Savings Fund: 6.5% and Vacation Bonus: 35% starting from the 3rd month * Grocery vouchers * Subsidized cafeteria * Annual attendance bonus * Birthday leave * Uniforms * Employee transportation (North and South Perimeter) * Weekly payroll Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $28,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Production responsibility: 2 years (Mandatory) * Operational staff supervision: 2 years (Mandatory) * Plastic injection: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
