Join our team at Evena de México! We are looking for a Production Coordinator and Planner committed to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and effective leadership. Location: Colonia Los Robles, Zapopan Jalisco 45134 Job Objective: Ensure our plant operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards, leading process optimization, resource management, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and supervise adherence to the production schedule and manage solutions for potential disruptions. * Coordinate and train the production team, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Maintain accurate documentation of production orders, waste, and yields. * Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality. * Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations. * Develop and maintain productivity metrics and regulatory documentation.
