Analyzes factory cost data and supports process improvement **Position Summary** The **JR Pricing Analyst** supports the Estimating Department by independently preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for small\-scope projects. This role requires sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage assigned quotes within established pricing and approval frameworks. The Jr. Estimator works closely with Senior Estimators, Estimating Coordinators, the Data Team, and cross\-functional partners to ensure quotes are complete, compliant, and aligned with company pricing standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Independently prepare and manage small\-scope quotes (generally up to **$200,000**) * Review specifications, materials, labor, freight, and production costs * Prepare quote revisions independently within defined parameters * Participate in project kickoff meetings as an estimating representative * Analyze factory cost data from awarded projects and identify trends * Act as a point of contact for routine estimating\-related questions * Assist with workflow and process improvement initiatives **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree business, Civil Engineering, Architecture. * **Minimum 2 years** of estimating or related experience * Furniture manufacturing or contract furniture experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Comfortable working with pricing data and internal systems **Qualifications \& Education.** * Advanced Excel skills. * Proven Experience. * Experience with NetSuite (Plus). * Bilingual Spanish \- English. * US Visa (plus) Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $23,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 al mes Beneficios: * Ayuda o servicio de transporte * Caja de ahorro * Seguro de gastos médicos mayores * Servicio de comedor * Vales de despensa Pregunta(s) de postulación: * Vives en Guadalajara?
