Job stability **Vacancy: Payroll Specialist for a Private Security Company** At **\[Company Name]**, we are looking for an experienced, organized, responsible, and detail-oriented **Payroll Specialist** to join our administrative team in the **private security** sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and calculation of weekly and biweekly payroll. * Calculation of severance payments, settlements, year-end bonuses (aguinaldo), vacations, and vacation premiums. * Registration, termination, and salary modifications with IMSS. * Management of IDSE, SUA, and IMSS Virtual Desktop. * Payroll incident tracking: absences, tardiness, medical leaves, vacations, and overtime. * Determination of employer-employee contribution quotas. * Payroll stamping (timbrado) and receipt control. * Personnel file compilation and management. * Support in obligations related to **REPSE, SISUB, and ICSOE**. * Handling administrative and labor-related requests. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in payroll. * Preferred experience in companies with a large workforce. * Knowledge of labor legislation, Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, and INFONAVIT. * Proficiency in **CONTPAQi Nóminas**, SUA, IDSE, and intermediate or advanced Excel. * Analytical, discreet, proactive, and highly organized individual. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for professional development.
