Position Profile: Executive Escort / Protection Position Title * **Executive Escort / Protection** **Position Title** Armed Executive Escort **Department** Security / Executive Protection **Reports To** Head of Security / General Management / Asset Security **Position Objective** To provide physical, preventive, and reactive protection to the assigned executive, safeguarding their personal integrity, that of their family (where applicable), and their assets, through security protocols, risk prevention, and timely response—always acting in accordance with the law and institutional guidelines. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Provide close protection to the executive during transportation, events, meetings, and personal or professional activities. * Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks before and during movements. * Operate the assigned vehicle safely, defensively, and strategically. * Carry and handle firearms responsibly, in compliance with current regulations. * Apply security, response, and evacuation protocols in risk situations. * Conduct preventive site inspections and route analysis. * Maintain constant communication with the security team or security supervisor. * Safeguard sensitive information related to the protected individual’s schedule, location, and activities. * Assess security conditions at residences, offices, and locations to be visited. * Report incidents, developments, or identified risk situations. **Essential Requirements** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree (preferred) / Military training from SEDENA * Courses or certifications in security and executive protection (preferred). **Experience** * Minimum 3–5 years in escort or executive protection roles. * Demonstrable experience protecting executives, senior managers, or public figures. * **Preferred:** Prior experience in **SEDENA**, armed forces, or security agencies. **Knowledge** * Executive protection protocols and risk analysis. * Defensive and evasive driving. * Responsible use of firearms. * First aid (preferred). * Legal regulations governing firearm carrying and use. **Licenses and Documents** * **Valid and legal firearm carry license.
