Promotes a clean and organized work environment with hygiene standards Job Description: Barista / Beverage Preparer **Midtown Jalisco Branch** A food and beverage company is seeking a **Barista / Beverage Preparer**, responsible for delivering quality service to customers, as well as correctly preparing beverages and handling cash during shifts. We Offer * **Monthly salary:** $12,000\.00 gross (less taxes) * **Weekly payment** via bank transfer * **Statutory benefits** * 15-day year-end bonus * Vacation days as stipulated by law * 25% vacation bonus * **Monthly commissions** for meeting targets (0\.05%) * **Profit sharing** * **Brand product discounts** Main Responsibilities * Preparation of **cold and hot beverages** (coffee, frappés, herbal infusions, etc.). * Handling **beverage orders during the shift**. * Adherence to the **customer service and hospitality protocol**. * Management of **cash register, cash reconciliation, and control of cash and card payments**. * Maintaining **work areas clean, organized, and in proper condition**. * Compliance with **hygiene and food safety standards**. Requirements * Completed **high school education** (.verifiable) * Experience or knowledge in **beverage preparation**. * Experience in **cash handling and cash reconciliation**. * Passion for **customer service**. * **Proactive and positive attitude**. * **Flexible availability for scheduling**. Work Schedule Working from **Monday to Sunday**, with rest days during the week. **Example Shift Schedule:** **Shift 1** * Monday and Tuesday: 10:45 a.m. – 9:15 p.m. * Wednesday: 10:45 a.m. – 4:15 p.m. (half shift) * Thursday and Friday: Rest * Saturday and Sunday: 10:45 a.m. – 9:15 p.m. **Shift 2** * Monday and Tuesday: Rest * Wednesday: 4:15 p.m. – 9:15 p.m. (half shift) * Thursday and Friday: 10:45 a.m. – 9:15 p.m. * Saturday and Sunday: 10:45 a.m. – 9:15 p.m. Salary: Starting at $12,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
