We seek an organized, analytical person with attention to detail, capable of efficiently monitoring administrative and financial processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage accounts receivable and ensure proper balance reconciliation * Review and validate payments and balances * Control and physical filing of customer files * Review, application, and recording of daily sales cutoffs * Perform bank reconciliations * Manage income and insurance credit inquiries * Prepare credit memos * Review and trace collection accounts * Update customer database * Handle credit applications * ERP system handling (preferably **MondayCC**) **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Economics or Administration * Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or similar functions * Advanced Excel knowledge * Ability to work under pressure * Attention to detail and organizational skills **Profile** * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Analytical ability * Good communication skills * Organization and follow-up capability * Results-oriented mindset **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Location** Guadalajara, Jalisco **Specifications** * Direct hiring, training, and excellent work environment.
