Ensure product quality and control losses A company engaged in the manufacturing of cardboard tubes seeks a Production Supervisor to perform the following activities: * Supervise and coordinate daily production and warehouse operations. * Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of production schedules. * Coordinate proper receipt, storage, and picking of materials. * Manage and lead shift-based operational staff. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the plant and warehouse. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Prepare production reports. * Conduct inventory counts. * Ensure finished product quality complies with specifications. * Control losses, waste, and damaged materials. **Requirements:** * **Minimum 5 years’ experience in supervisory roles** (production, warehouse, or combined positions). * Experience managing operational staff. * Knowledge of inventory control and production processes. Salary: $16,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
