




Position Summary: We are seeking a Collections Assistant to manage and reconcile payments, report progress, and support portfolio control. Key Highlights: 1. Portfolio management and bank reconciliations 2. Support in balance control and receipt generation 3. Participation in portfolio follow-up meetings **Collections Assistant:** **Responsibilities** * Make daily follow-up calls on accounts receivable. * Validate payments with the accounting or finance department. * Record payments and reconcile them with banks. * Prepare weekly reports on recovery progress. * Participate in internal portfolio follow-up meetings. * Archive physical and digital payment receipts. * Review outstanding balances by condominium. * Assist in balance entry and receipt generation. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree in Accounting or Administration, or incomplete studies in related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in administrative or financial collections. * **Technical Skills:** Portfolio management, bank reconciliations, balance control, **Intermediate Excel.** Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
