Supervise personnel in weighing, sorting, routing, and applying routing labels to each shipment. 2. Supervise that required equipment and tools for daily operations are available. 3. Supervise, control, and direct operational personnel under supervision. 4. Develop training and development programs for personnel under supervision. 5. Determine pre-alerts issued to branches, informing them of the volume of cargo arriving at each location. 6. Prepare and deliver return indicators to the Shipment Control Department. 7. Transportation in courier and package delivery companies. Management of operational and unionized personnel. Warehouse management, vehicle operation, and local delivery route design.
