Position: Appointment Executive **Responsibilities:** * Call customers from various contact sources to schedule appointments aimed at increasing VW vehicle sales. * Make follow-up calls to confirm appointments according to the established process. * Assign prospects to a sales executive to close the sale. * Participate in marketing activities: website postings and social media. **Requirements** * Prior experience in customer service or related fields, especially in telemarketing sales * Easy access to the area * Excellent personal presentation * Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
