




MISSION: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to the customer's address, with quality, speed, and precision, in order to fulfill the sales process through Home Delivery Service. RESPONSIBILITIES: \*Sales and Customer Service \*Timely register arrival and departure at the branch agreed upon with the Home Delivery Service Coordinator in the biometric system (attendance registration system). \*Be accountable daily for the assigned Cash Flow Fund, which will be subject to audit and must be substantiated with receipts collected and paid at the pharmacy, along with corresponding cash. \*Collect and pay for goods designated by the application at the assigned pharmacy using the "Cash Flow Fund", for home delivery orders paid in "cash". It is essential to ensure sufficient cash is available for customer change. \*Ensure all Home Delivery Service orders are properly collected from the customer—either upon delivery for cash payments, or via signature on the voucher when payment is made by card—matching the sales receipt generated at the pharmacy. \*Follow the shift start and end checklists. \*Use the HELP application throughout the workday for proper order assignment, tracking, and delivery. \*Carry out assigned cleaning schedules (e.g., restrooms, parking lot, vehicle).
