This position is **NOT office-based administrative work** It is 100% operational and requires immediate on-site problem response **Main Responsibilities** * Scheduling and monitoring of trips * Direct coordination of drivers (in-house and external) * Resolution of highway incidents * Fleet management (maintenance, insurance, traffic fines, diesel) * Supervision of on-time and in-full deliveries * Trip-related document control **Essential Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation logistics / route planning / fleet management * Direct hands-on experience managing drivers * Proven experience resolving problems in the field * Valid driver’s license * Flexible schedule availability and willingness to work in the field **Do NOT apply if:** * You have only administrative experience * You come from sales without route or logistics management experience * You have never worked in the field **Preferred Experience Includes:** * Transportation, courier services, or distribution * Diesel control, GPS tracking, and maintenance management * Operation under pressure **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on actual experience * Job stability * Operational growth opportunities **MANDATORY FILTER FOR APPLICATION** If you meet the profile, please submit your CV **including answers to these 4 questions** at the beginning of your application: * Have you directly coordinated drivers?
