Opportunity for professional development We seek a candidate to coordinate and monitor the clinic’s administrative and operational activities, ensuring control over sales, inventory, internal audits, and supplier relationships to guarantee operational order and efficiency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in administrative fields. * Experience in clinics, medical offices, or service-oriented companies. * Inventory and warehouse management experience. * Experience in administrative reporting and internal audits. * ERP system proficiency (Odoo preferred). * Excellent organizational skills, presentation, and attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities:** * Daily review of sales and ERP-based purchase recording. * Preparation of monthly reports and accounts receivable follow-up. * Control and auditing of supplies and warehouse. * Supplier follow-up and incident reporting. * Support for internal events and front-desk coverage as needed. **We Offer:** * Salary of $14,000 to $16,000 MXN per month (based on experience). * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, plus 2 Saturdays per month (half-day). * Opportunity for career development within the clinic. * Work location: On-site employment Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
