Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Type of Employee** Trust-based employee**Job Objective** Control vehicle entry, monitor loading and unloading operations according to work plan priorities and distribution center operational needs, assess the physical condition of docks and the maneuvering yard, as well as their work tools.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Register the entry and exit of vehicles located in the yard and during loading/unloading. * Generate reports and/or logs for loading/unloading control, as well as inventory records for empty boxes to ensure their availability. * Maintain the yard in optimal condition by arranging vehicles according to the layout. * Coordinate with the yard operator regarding yard movement assignments and local loading/unloading operations, ensuring required documentation is prepared as needed. * Download information reports from the ERP system regarding loading movements according to the daily shipping plan.
