**Platform Inspector – Guadalajara** **Job Description** We are seeking a **Platform Inspector** to ensure control, order, and proper operation in the bus departure and arrival area. The person will be responsible for capturing trip information, coordinating vehicle departures, assisting passengers, and ensuring compliance with service standards. **Responsibilities** * Accurate capture of vehicle **arrivals and departures** in the system. * **Review and printing of passenger manifests** for each trip. * Verification of **trip orders** and corresponding documentation. * Supervision of the **boarding and alighting process**. * Passenger assistance and guidance. * Constant communication with drivers and the traffic department. * Preparation of periodic reports and summaries. **Additional Activities** * Support in resolving complaints or incidents occurring on the platform. * Management of situations outside routine operations. * Coordination with various operational areas within the terminal. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (preferred). * Experience in customer service and/or operational control (desirable). * Basic computer skills. * Flexible availability regarding work schedules. * Strong communication skills, service-oriented attitude, and focus on order and accuracy. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Career development opportunities and career path planning. **Location:** Guadalajara Terminal.
