**Join our team as a CEDIS Forklift Operator!** --------------------------------------------------------- **Location:** \[Enter city/area, e.g., Guadalajara, Jal.] – CEDIS **Salary:** $3,500 net per week **Contract type:** Indefinite-term (Full-time) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Do you have experience handling heavy loads and fragile materials? Our company operates in the solar energy sector and is seeking an expert, responsible, and committed **Forklift Operator** to ensure the proper flow of our most critical materials (solar panels, inverters, and mounting structures). ### **\#\#\# What will be your objective in this role?** Safely and efficiently operate the forklift to perform loading, unloading, stacking, and supply activities for heavy materials within our CEDIS, always ensuring product integrity, optimal space utilization, and strict compliance with industrial safety standards. ### **\#\#\# Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Loading and unloading** containers and trucks carrying solar panels, mounting structures, and photovoltaic components. * **Intelligent stacking and stowing** of goods on racks or designated zones, taking care to protect fragile materials. * **Timely supply** of materials and tools to Crew Leaders for their field assignments. * **Daily inspection (checklist)** of the forklift (vibrations, fluid levels, brakes, tires) and reporting of any anomalies. * Support in conducting **cyclical inventory counts** and warehouse audits. * Maintain order and cleanliness in aisles and maneuvering areas following the **5S methodology**. ### **\#\#\# What profile are we looking for?** * **Education:** Completed junior high school minimum (high school diploma preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years operating counterbalanced forklifts (LP gas / electric). * **Desirable experience:** 6 months to 1 year handling fragile, oversized, or palletized solar panels. * **Mandatory certification:** Valid **DC\-3 Labor Skills Certificate**. * **Knowledge:** Safe stacking techniques, basic inventory control concepts (FIFO), industrial warehouse safety standards, and basic tool usage. * **Key skills:** Dexterity in confined spaces, strong safety orientation, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility and punctuality. ### **\#\#\# What do we offer you?** * Competitive salary of **$3,500 per week**. * Direct employment by the company (Indefinite-term contract). * Job stability and an excellent work environment. * Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided from day one. **Do you meet the profile and hold a valid DC\-3 certificate?** \> We want to meet you!
