You will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to separation. You will work closely with the Human Resources team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Recruitment and selection: Identify, attract, and select top talent for our company. Negotiation of terminations: Manage separations professionally and respectfully, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. * Settlement payments: Ensure accurate calculation and payment of severance packages to employees leaving the company. * Monitoring training processes: Supervise and evaluate training and development programs, ensuring they align with company needs. * Addressing employee inquiries: Provide support and guidance to employees on matters related to their labor rights and obligations. Experience as a human resources generalist. No prior employment in any company within Grupo Salinas. Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in a related field with official title. **VALUE PROPOSITION** $18,000 gross monthly salary, operational vehicle, laptop, and cell phone.
